Kevin Clash. You realize him. You like him. Or at best you like Elmo, the enduringly, endearingly winsome Muppet whom Clash gives furry red-colored existence as a living — a connection profiled within the award-winning new documentary Being Elmo: A Puppeteer’s Journey. However it’s only a matter of dealing with know Clash, which is simpler than ever before for NYers who visit the Apple Store a few days ago. (Which’s not really counting our special guest. Ahem!) I’ll be joining Clash and Being Elmo filmmaker Constance Marks on Sunday mid-day in the Apple Store around the Upper West Side (1981 Broadway at West 67th Street) for any talk about the puppeteer’s humble roots, the worldwide Elmo phenomenon, and also the documentary showing how one turned into another. We’ll be there Sunday at 2 p.m. for any discussion then a Q&A you never know cure might appear to talk? For additional particulars, browse the Apple Store’s Site, our recent interview with Clash, and also the Being Elmo trailer below. Aspire to help you there!
